Background

Team Industrial provides industrial services to heavy industrial companies - approached us badly burned by a previous sign company. They were having several problems with the sign they purchased from them – the sign was coming off the wall, the internal lights had failed, the design did not allow for any repairs. There was no warranty on any of the materials, and the company did not provide service.

Project goals

Team Industrial was ready for a new sign, manufactured to the highest standards, a true reflection of their own commitment to excellence The new sign needed to be

• High-quality with custom fabrication and a clean finish to reflect well on the company
• covered by a warranty on the materials
• allow for internal light bulb changes

Saifee Signs approach

With a custom fabrication shop at our disposal, we are able to acquire raw materials of better quality and finish them ourselves. This saves us from having to use low quality prefinished materials. High quality materials pay for themselves in longevity – your sign is guaranteed to last a longer time without peeling paint or vinyl, or broken lights.

For this sign, we recommended:

• A whole new design that allowed for lights to be replaced easily. The old sign was riveted, and therefore needed to be broken apart to replace dead bulbs.
• A thicker grade of aluminum, to prevent dents and bends, which we brush-finished ourselves.
• Push-through acrylic letters lit from the back

To ensure that TI was getting exactly what they wanted, we showed them lots of actual samples. They could compare finishes and price and make educated decisions about the tradeoffs. We offer more finishes and carry more samples than many of our competitors.

We were also able to give the client a five year warranty on the LED lights.
